Embodia's referral program is built for clinics moving onto Practice Management, and it's exclusive to new Tier 3 memberships. If you're not sure which tier fits your practice, check Embodia's membership pricing before you get started.

This guide walks you through redeeming your code, step by step.

Steps to redeem your referral code

  1. Create an account on Embodia or sign in to your existing account.

  2. Select your avatar in the top right corner, then select My membership:

    Become an Embodia Member

  3. Select the Clinic membership option:

    Note: A clinic membership is needed for all Practice Management plans but comes with extra functionality at no extra cost.

     

  4. Enter your clinic name and click on Create clinic.


  5. Select the Tier 3: Practice Management membership.

  6. At checkout, enter your billing address, then enter your referral code. Your $20 discount applies automatically.
